This two-layered bone contains structured bone marrow which is clearly differentiated from the surrounded substantia compacta in colour and structure. This bone model displays the anatomical structures of a canine tibia in true detail, from the tuberositas tibiae to the malleolus lateralis. It is therefore ideally suited for the training of different osteosynthesis techniques on the canine tibia.
